This was a great trip as we were able to choose where we wanted to go and when.  This is very unusual for the trips I have done, most are specific dates, specific events. San Francisco always has so much to see and do.  For this trip we had a great hotel near Fishermans Wharf, so we walked to everything.  Our adventures included an 8 mile coastal hike, a trip to the aquarium, spending time with the famous seals at Pier 39, and a harbor cruise. The weather was great and gave us some amazing photos.  Also in town was the NBA Finals and the Escape from Alcatraz triathlon, so the city was buzzing. I still have not rode a trolley…have to leave something for next time.
